  • Protocol: Pharmacokinetics of Perchlorate in Pregnant Rats and Fetuses
    

• Kinetic studies in animals to support development of a physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model for perchlorate. Conducted by the U. S. Air Force. The Air Force is conducting an extensive series of studies designed to describe the kinetics (time course of uptake and elimination, tissue distribution, and metabolism) of iodine and perchlorate in rats. Study in progress.
