TERA is pleased to announce receipt of a cooperative agreement from the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency to develop a peer consultation program.
The TERA Peer Consultation Program is an expansion of TERA’s
existing independent Peer Review Program.
Through this cooperative agreement, TERA
will expand its program into peer consultation, which involves more active
interaction among authors, sponsors and outside experts during the development
of a document. Peer
consultation (or input) differs from formal peer review in that the participants
do not necessarily have to be independent of the authors and sponsors.
A tentative schedule for the program is provided below. More information about the peer consultation program will be
posted on the TERA website in the near
future.
