The course will be held at the University of Cincinnati, Kettering Laboratory in Cincinnati, OH. The course begins at 8:00am each day and ends approximately at 5:00 pm, with the exception of Friday, which normally ends at 2:00pm.

Payment Policy

Registration is accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Full payment (in US funds) must be received in order to process your registration. Please call 513-542-7475 x 10 with questions.

 

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

Cancellations made on or before April 21, 2015 will be issued a refund less $150 administrative fee per person. Cancellations received between April 21, 2015 and May 8, 2015 will be issued a refund of 50%. No refunds will be issued after May 8, 2015. Substitutions are allowed with additional charge, but must be made by Friday, May 29, 2015. All requests for substitutions or cancellations must be made in writing via email to Ms. Patricia Nance at patricia.nance@uc.edu
