W-6 Introduction to the Benchmark Dose Methods and Hands-on Application of EPA’s Benchmark Dose Software (BMDS), Version 2.0     Please note:  We are requesting that attendees bring a laptop with BMDS 2.1 beta installed.  BMDS 2.1 beta can be obtained from the BMDS website at  http://www.epa.gov/ncea/bmds/dwnldu.html .  (Note: although one of the models in this version of BMDS makes use of the R statistical software package, you do not need to install R for the purposes of this course).   If you are not able to bring a laptop please contact Lindsey Lampert (l_lampert@team-psa.com; 407-704-4848).  If you have trouble installing BMDS 2.1 beta you can contact Dr. Jeff Gift (gift.jeff@epa.gov) for assistance.
